NavigationHead comes with a full MRI to be used with most neuronavigation systems with optical tracking*.

This product contains metal magnets: do not put into a magnetic resonance scanner and do not use it with any machine that works with electromagnets.

BrainTumor Scenario: Bleeding 5-ALA-enhanced Glioblastoma for US-guided resection;
ICH Scenario: Disposable scenario for intracerebral hemorrhage treatment procedures;
Interhemispheric Scenario: Life-like reproduction of an inter hemispheric approach with explorable anatomy;
Stereotactic Hemispheric Scenario: A completely disposable brain for different procedures such as stereotactic navigation or brain biopsy.

All materials used to produce the NavigationHead are certified, safe and non-toxic. Use of gloves, protective glasses and mask is always suggested to maintain the cleanliness of the simulator, and as a standard practice during each simulation. Wearing safety equipment is mandatory in the use of craniotomy simulation.
NavigationHead - Hemispheric Approach is the second variant in this category of simulators, following the NavigationHead - Pterional Approach. Designed by surgeons for surgeons, it is specifically conceived for performing navigated neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies, tumor resections (open surgeries, navigated or stereotactic biopsies), intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) drainages, and midline approaches.
